Servatius is a housing company with more than 800 student units in de city of Maastricht. They rent out and manage more than 400 dependent rooms and 450 studios and apartments. The student residences are offered via Maastricht Housing and a small part is offered via Stu-we.
Servatius likes to connect with Fugax since we offer a rich variety of students. Servatius’s student department exists for a bit more than a year and likes to stimulate all initiatives that give students a warm and social residence. Servatius ensures a safe and clean living environment and Fugax will contribute to the social connection within and with the city of Maastricht.
Servatius’s department underwent a lot of innovative and digital changes that resulted in the students getting more pleasure out of the easier and more comfortable way of living.
One example is the new APPY Home; an informative app with information on the residence, the building, the neighbourhood and the environment.
But APPY also gives information on how to request rent allowance, information on the service costs, the waste calendar and many more things! Ideal if you start living in Maastricht for the first time! Servatius helps Fugax to find a location in order to ensure continuation of their activities.
Fugax strongly believes in equality for housing chances for both expats and national students, one of the core values reflected within Servatius. Fugax wants for national students and expats to be able to have equal chances to find a room in a safe way. Thus, we are looking forward to our collaboration with Servatius. Servatius is een woningcorporatie met meer dan 800 studenten eenheden in de stad Maastricht. Zij verhuren en beheren meer dan 400 onzelfstandige kamers en 450 studios en appartementen.
De studentenwoningen woden aangeboden via Maastricht Housing en een klein gedeelte via Stu-we.
Servatius zoekt graag de verbinding met Fugax omdat we een grote variëteit aan studenten hebben. Servatius’ studentenrayon bestaat iets meer dan een jaar en stimuleert graag alle initiatieven om de student een fijn en sociaal verblijf te hebben. Servatius zorgt voor een veilige en schone leefomgeving en Fugax voor de sociale binding in en met de stad Maastricht.
Servatius’ rayon heeft veel innovatieve en digitale vernieuwingen doorgemaakt waardoor het woongenot van ieder student een heel stuk comfortabeler en makkelijker wordt.
Een voorbeeld is de nieuwe APPY Home; een informatieve app met informatie over de woning, het gebouw, wijk en omgeving.
Maar APPY geeft ook informatie over hoe je huurtoeslag moet aanvragen, uitleg over servicekosten en de afvalkalender en nog veel meer! Ideaal als je voor het eerst in Maastricht komt wonen.
Servatius helpt Fugax ook een geschikte ruimte te vinden zodat hun activiteiten kunnen blijven plaatsvinden.
Fugax gelooft sterk in gelijkheid in huurkansen voor zowel expats als nationale studenten, een kernwaarde die zich reflecteerd in servatius.
